Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity

Full‑time and part‑time opening for a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We are looking for physicians with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post‑Acute and Long‑Term Care arena. We are seeking Geriatricians or IM/FM trained physicians to cover skilled patients and follow long‑term care patients in Santa Clara, CA.

Full‑time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*. Reduced schedules (part‑time) with pro‑rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
