Geriatric Medicine Physician Opportunity in Napa, CA

Position Overview

Full‑time opening for a Geriatrician / Skilled Nursing Care Physician in Napa, CA.

We are seeking a Geriatrician or IM/FM trained Physician to cover skilled patients and follow long‑term care patients in Napa. The position covers four Skilled Nursing Facility locations as well as home‑based palliative care patients and requires travel among the facilities and the Napa medical office.

Full‑time annual salary range: $320,040 – $330,000, plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350* (*some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay).

Responsibilities

• Cover skilled patients and follow long‑term care patients across four Skilled Nursing Facility locations and home–based palliative care.
• Travel to/from Skilled Nursing Facilities in Napa and the Napa medical office.

Qualifications

• Geriatrician or IM/FM trained Physician.
• Geriatrics and/or Hospital Medicine experience preferred.
