Total Life, Inc. is seeking nurse practitioners for an in-person contract role in the Merced-Fresno area to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities.
Each site day includes a brief educational talk for residents and then one-on-one longevity visits built on a comprehensive geriatric assessment. You will be trained by our CMO and travel between sites, documenting encounters to Medicare standards in our EHR.
