We provide geotechnical services nationwide for a wide range of projects, drawing on six decades of historical geotechnical data, a fleet of more than 200 drill rigs, 140 accredited laboratories, and thousands of employees to quickly organize or capture site data wherever projects are located. Responsibilities
- Lead and execute geotechnical engineering projects of moderate size and complexity.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and perform field investigations, engineering analyses, and design recommendations.
- Prepare and review proposals, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, and overall performance.
- Analyze laboratory and field data and incorporate findings into technical reports.
- Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to clients and project teams.
- Review project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with applicable standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field staff.
- Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4-9 years of relevant geotechnical experience
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse team members
- A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history
