Ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, GDOT standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related (Master's preferred). 8+ years experience in geotechnical or construction materials testing with proven leadership in laboratory environment.
