Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Mortgage Loan Production Partner will manage loan processing from origination through closing while actively building referral relationships and supporting business growth initiatives in a hybrid work environment based in Metro Atlanta. Key Responsibilities Assist loan originators with document collection, application intake, and loan setup while tracking pipeline progress Develop and execute strategies to cultivate relationships with local realtors and other professionals, coordinating networking events and marketing efforts Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the loan lifecycle to ensure a seamless customer experience Required Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in mortgage processing, origination, or loan officer support Must reside in the Metro Atlanta area to accommodate a hybrid work schedule Strong working knowledge of standard mortgage software (e.g., Encompass) and CRM platforms Familiarity with residential loan products and Georgia lending guidelines Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management
