Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor

To support Pelago's Behavioral Addictions program, the full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (Georgia-LPC) will provide CBT-based telehealth treatment, conduct clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for members with behavioral health conditions. Key responsibilities Conduct structured clinical intakes and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based frameworks Deliver CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a structured treatment model Required qualifications Active LPC or LCSW license in good standing Clinical experience with behavioral health conditions, including substance use Competency in CBT; experience with Motivational Interviewing preferred Ability to manage a telehealth caseload independently Licensure in multiple states strongly preferred; LPC compact licensure is a significant advantage
