As a full-time salaried Georgia Licensed Pharmacist working remotely, the successful candidate will verify prescriptions, provide patient counseling, and collaborate with prescribers to ensure safe and efficient medication dispensing. Key Responsibilities Review and clinically verify prescriptions for appropriateness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety standards Conduct proactive patient counseling through phone calls, addressing medication education and adherence strategies Collaborate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and implement therapeutic alternatives to minimize delays Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy Active Georgia Pharmacy License in good standing Strong command of the English language; bilingual Spanish preferred Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume prescription verification with attention to detail Strong technical aptitude for pharmacy management systems and verification platforms
