Georgia Licensed Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Georgia Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel virtually, addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Key responsibilities Manage ongoing patient relationships and provide virtual care for women's midlife health issues Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies and make autonomous clinical decisions Required qualifications Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating HRT 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
