Providing analytical and process support for the Cerner LIS and HealthConnect/Epic Operations team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate user requirements, manage system enhancements, and ensure proper configuration of the Cerner system while working remotely. Key responsibilities Test the Cerner system for configurations, customizations, and new releases prior to implementation Identify and manage application errors and system enhancement requests, ensuring lab orderables are configured correctly Communicate system changes to end users and assist in training staff on the Cerner system Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification High School Diploma or GED required
