To manage complex and high-exposure bodily injury claims, the fully remote Georgia Licensed Large Loss Adjuster will oversee large loss claims nationwide, including catastrophic injury cases, while also addressing challenging low-limit policies primarily in East Coast jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings Grants settlement authority on highly complex claims exceeding established limits and provides recommendations for trial cases Offers discretionary referrals on coverage issues and approves Closed Without Payment requests for disputed liability cases Required Qualifications Valid Georgia adjuster license with a specialization in large loss bodily injury claims Extensive experience managing complex bodily injury claims, including catastrophic cases Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage issues related to high-exposure claims Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Familiarity with regulatory requirements and practices in East Coast jurisdictions
