To support a pioneering healthcare team, the temporary Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual wellness visits, health assessments, and provide comprehensive care coordination while working remotely in Georgia. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual adult and pediatric wellness visits and health assessments Collaborate with in-home team members to evaluate patient needs and coordinate care Provide comprehensive care management, including preventive care interventions and medication management Required qualifications Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner Active Family Nurse Practitioner License in Georgia Experience performing wellness visits Technologically savvy with proficiency in using laptops and mobile devices for patient care Ability to pass a national background check and valid clinical license search
