To support a nurse practitioner team providing general oncology triage and palliative care services, a Georgia Licensed Collaborating Physician will work part-time in a remote capacity, offering supervision, chart co-signature, and clinical consultation without direct patient care. Key Responsibilities Serve as collaborating physician of record under a written nurse protocol agreement filed with the Georgia Medical Board for each supervised NP Co-sign NP clinical notes and charts per the schedule defined in the protocol agreement Participate in regular collaboration meetings with NPs to review cases, patterns of care, and quality concerns Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license (MD or DO) Principal practice location physically based in Georgia Prior experience with NP/APRN collaborative or supervisory relationships preferred Comfortable with remote/asynchronous consultation model
