Managing the Hospital Coding Operations team, the full-time Georgia Licensed Coding Supervisor will provide daily updates on coding processes, oversee quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Hospital Coding team and provide updates on coding processes Oversee intra-departmental chart review requests and quality improvement initiatives Assist in developing policies and procedures for timely coding and accurate reimbursement Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required 4 years of Hospital Coding/HIM Inpatient and/or Outpatient coding experience required Management/Supervisory experience in a healthcare-related field preferred One or more relevant certifications required upon hire (RHIA, RHIT, or CCS) Experience in coding across multiple specialties within a hospital coding environment preferred
