Georgia Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

To support patient access to specialty medications, the part-time Remote Clinical Pharmacist will perform clinical reviews of prior authorization requests, evaluate medical documentation, and collaborate with healthcare providers in a fully remote setting. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical reviews of specialty medication prior authorization requests using established clinical criteria and guidelines Evaluate medical documentation and clinical information to support authorization decisions Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to collect necessary clinical information Required Qualifications Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Minimum of 1 year of related specialty, hospital, or prior authorization experience PBM or health plan prior authorization experience required Strong knowledge of specialty medications and clinical review processes
