Managing a caseload of 700-1,000 subrogation cases, the remote Georgia Licensed Case Management Assistant will oversee intake, claims review, and settlement processes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and government security requirements. Key responsibilities Oversee all aspects of casualty case management, including claims review and documentation preparation Communicate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and clients to facilitate case progress and resolution Negotiate and finalize settlement amounts while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant professional experience in subrogation, claims, or case management Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred Experience in a legal or insurance office setting is preferred Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs is preferred
