Seeking a Georgia Licensed Bilingual RN, the part-time Telehealth Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Specialist will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while working remotely under physician supervision. Key responsibilities Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines Review and update patient medical histories, including medication lists and immunization records Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans based on individual needs Required qualifications Must be fully bilingual in Korean and English Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care, preventive care, or telehealth Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and telehealth practices preferred
