To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time PRN Georgia Licensed Bilingual Registered Nurse will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while collaborating with supervising physicians in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines Assess patients' health status and provide education on preventive measures and lifestyle changes through virtual consultations Collaborate with the supervising physician to maintain accurate patient records and follow up on health concerns Required qualifications Fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth settings Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
