To support mental health and substance abuse care, the full-time Georgia Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will perform clinical reviews, assess care appropriateness, and manage prior authorization reviews in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Evaluates members' treatment for mental health and substance abuse to ensure medical appropriateness of services Performs prior authorization reviews in accordance with regulatory guidelines Conducts concurrent reviews of inpatient behavioral health cases for treatment needs and discharge planning Required qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field required Active Georgia Licensed Clinician or Compact Nursing License required 2-4 years of related experience in behavioral health Clinical knowledge of mental health and substance abuse treatment plans preferred Experience working with healthcare providers in a behavioral health context preferred
