To support individuals in overcoming alcohol use, the remote Georgia Licensed Alcohol Counselor will manage a caseload of clients, conduct video coaching sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. Key responsibilities Evaluate new members and formulate individualized care plans through standardized intake processes Facilitate individual coaching sessions via video calls and app-based communication, ensuring high engagement and quality experiences Monitor health outcomes and provide evidence-based interventions to promote positive health changes and support pharmacotherapy Required qualifications Certification as a Georgia Licensed Alcohol Counselor or equivalent, with eligibility for reciprocity through IC&RC 3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder or addiction treatment BA/BS and/or MA in a related field preferred Experience with EMR systems, Zoom conferencing, and app-based applications Knowledge of evidence-based treatment programs and harm reduction models
