These datasets directly support simulation, training, and mission planning environments.

We look forward to learning more about you – apply today!Primary ResponsibilitiesOwn and coordinate assigned geospatial databases and associated workflowsPerform advanced data cleaning, integration, and standardization using ArcGIS ProValidate and enforce data quality, consistency, and schema requirementsCoordinate tasking across team members supporting the databaseIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies across multiple sourcesEnsure datasets meet requirements for downstream 3D environment generationProvide status updates and communicate progress to team leadershipCollaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet objectivesProvide guidance and support to junior analysts as neededAnalyze and resolve data inconsistencies across multiple geospatial sources to ensure accuracy and usabilityBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant GIS experienceAbility to obtain a DoD SECRET Security ClearanceStrong proficiency with ArcGIS Pro (primary) or similar GIS platformsExperience working with multi-source geospatial datasets (e.g., OSM or similar)Understanding of data standardization, QA/QC, and production workflowsAbility to work independently on moderately complex assignmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience coordinating work across a team or supporting shared datasetsPython or scripting experience for workflow automationFamiliarity with 3D GIS, modeling, or simulation environmentsExperience with scripting or automated geospatial data workflowsFamiliarity with open-source GIS tools (e.g., QGIS)If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
