GenStudio Forward Deployed Engineer FDE

Job Title: GenStudio Consultant – Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Employment Type: W2 Only Location: Remote (USA)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced GenStudio Consultant – Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with enterprise customers in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Adobe GenStudio solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, drive AI-powered content workflows, and ensure successful customer adoption of GenStudio for enterprise marketing operations.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Adobe GenStudio (GenStudio for Performance Marketing preferred)

Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, Workfront, Marketo, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)

Experience implementing AI-powered marketing content workflows

Expertise in prompt engineering, content generation, and campaign automation

Experience integrating GenStudio with enterprise marketing platforms and DAM systems

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Excellent troubleshooting, client-facing, and communication skills

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure Adobe GenStudio solutions for enterprise customers.

Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Design and implement AI-driven content generation workflows.

Integrate GenStudio with Adobe Experience Cloud and third-party platforms.

Support solution architecture, implementation, testing, and production deployment.

Optimize content creation processes using GenAI capabilities.

Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Conduct user training and support customer adoption.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Marketo, RTCDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering

Adobe certifications are a plus
