Genitourinary Hematology Oncology Physician

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained hematologist oncologist to join their physician group at AdventHealth Lake Nona. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Genitourinary Cancer while managing a range of hematologic and oncologic conditions. This new position supports a high-volume Urologic Oncologic Surgical program and offers access to multidisciplinary clinics, clinical trials, and comprehensive support services. Practice Info

• Practice located at AdventHealth Lake Nona
• Support one of the busiest Urologic Oncologic Surgical programs in the country
• Infusion, Radiation and Surgical services available at Lake Nona
• Access to multi-disciplinary clinics, research, clinical trials, including Phase 1, and daily tumor boards
• Support of nurse navigators, social workers, chaplain support, pharmacy, and nutrition
• Extended network of 7 other medical oncology sites in and surrounding Orlando

Responsibilities

• Manage other hematologic and oncologic conditions across the spectrum with an interest in Genitourinary Cancer
• Participate in a rotation of call including both inpatient and outpatient in equal share with the other physicians
• Collaborate with APRN/PA in both the inpatient and outpatient settings

Qualifications

• Fellowship trained hematologist oncologist
• Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology
