To enhance payment integrity, the full-time salaried Genetic Testing Analyst will independently develop and improve policies and coverage rules while conducting complex claims analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and enhance payment integrity rules by translating medical policy and coding guidelines into scalable rule logic Conduct complex claims and data analysis to identify policy opportunities and rule enhancements Mentor junior analysts and provide peer review support for rule development and analysis Required qualifications Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or related field (e.g., Molecular Genetics) 6-8+ years of experience in genetic counseling, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory utilization management Deep knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding for lab/genetic testing, including NGS panel billing complexity Experience in payer, lab benefit management, or advisory environments translating clinical guidance into operational frameworks Board certification preferred (ABGC or equivalent)
