Seeking a hands-on Genesys Developer, the full-time remote position will facilitate JAD sessions, define technical requirements, and design Genesys desktop solutions while collaborating with Project Managers for quality delivery. Key responsibilities Facilitate JAD sessions with customers to gather requirements Design and develop Genesys desktop solutions, ensuring technical specifications are met Mentor technical team members and assist sales with customer meetings and presentations Required qualifications At least 2 years of experience with Genesys Desktop (iWS, WDE, WWE) Proficiency in .NET and C# development Strong understanding of Genesys installation and configuration Experience in defining and documenting business and technical requirements Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers and technical teams
