Serving as the lead engineer on the Customer Care Professional Services team, the full-time Sr. Genesys CX Implementation Engineer will design, configure, implement, and support Genesys technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Lead Genesys implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Design, configure, and support IVR/ACD scripts for Genesys Cloud Solutions Perform in-depth analysis of complex technical and business issues, providing effective solutions Required qualifications: 5+ years of IP Telephony/VoIP experience 3+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX (Purecloud) technology Associate's degree in an IT-related field is required; BS preferred Knowledge of VoIP equipment and SIP Protocol implementation Development skills in Java/JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful web services are a plus
