Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience with Genesys Cloud (required)
- Microsoft Teams Telephony experience is a bonus but not required
- Voice engineering background with hands‑on implementation experience
- Migration experience from platforms such as RingCentral or Five9 is helpful, but they will not be responsible for those platforms directly
Overview:
- Hands‑on Genesys Cloud voice engineers needed to assess the current environment and design solutions for the existing business.
- Role is heavily focused on requirements gathering, solution design, and project execution, with a strong project management component.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate current voice/call center environments
- Design and implement solutions within Genesys Cloud
- Support migration of 12 call centers to Genesys Cloud
- Lead call routing configuration and Genesys Cloud functionality
- Coordinate access, stakeholders, and timelines while managing their own projects
- Participate in due diligence, solution build, user testing, and operational handoff
