Responsibilities:Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of the Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud migration. Extensive experience with Genesys Engage (on-premise) and Genesys Cloud.Strong knowledge of contact center solutions, including IVR, routing, workforce management, and reporting.Expertise in cloud migration strategies and tools.Certifications in Genesys or related technologies are a plus.
