We’re looking for a Principal AI Engineer to join our Engineering team and build cutting-edge conversational AI solutions. You’ll play a leading role in designing and deploying intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, recommendation systems, and multi-agent AI frameworks that turn real-world use cases into robust, scalable workflows.

Responsibilities
- Build AI/ML pipelines and integrations using Python, LLMs, and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- Design and implement agent-based AI architectures (Agentic AI) to enable autonomous, multi-step task completion.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, craft use cases, and translate them into user stories and technical requirements.
- Rapidly prototype and refine AI-driven features with direct client and user feedback.
- Fine-tune large language models for domain-specific tasks, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.).
- Proficiency in LlamaIndex for vector data ingestion, indexing, and retrieval.
- Proven experience building or integrating agentic/multi-agent AI systems.
- Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Preferred: background in educational technology, or related fields.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with strong self-management and collaboration skills.
