What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI/LLM applications across internal tools and client-facing products.
- Develop scalable AI infrastructure and reusable frameworks for model deployment and data processing.
- Apply advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , vector search, and prompt engineering .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring intelligent, data-driven insights into production.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI research and drive innovation across the organization.
- 5+ years total experience, with 2+ years focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Advanced Python skills and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex , and vector databases .
- Deep understanding of RAG , embeddings, and prompt optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Background in a product-focused AI startup or fintech environment is highly preferred.
