Luma seeks a Commercial and IP Counsel to scale its legal function for frontier multimodal AI. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage commercial contracting (API, enterprise, compute) and own IP strategy for training, weights, and data rights across models and deployments.
You will work with research, ML, data, product, and infra teams to identify risks early and structure deals that align with rapidly evolving regulations while enabling fast business execution.
