Schedules, pay, and job duties vary by department.Boxing Room / Production Warehouse WorkerSchedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PMPay: $19.00/hourJob Duties:Work directly with raw protein products in a refrigerated production environmentCut, portion, and prepare productsAssemble, package, box, and label productsPrepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform additional production and warehouse duties as neededGeneral Warehouse WorkerAvailable Schedules: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PMPay: $20.00/hourJob Duties:Load and unload products and materialsMove and transport products throughout the warehouseBuild, organize, and stage palletsWrap and secure pallets for storage or shipmentPerform lumping and general material-handling dutiesStage products in designated areas for shipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform additional warehouse duties as assignedMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Basic math skillsAbility to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage LogisticsAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearMust be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent on facilityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loudPay Range: $16.97 - $28.65Why Lineage?
