Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred) to ensure efficient inventory movement.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to meet shipping deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe to promote a productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist with stock management.
- Follow all safety procedures, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Support shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Operate RF scanners and basic warehouse software (full training provided) to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not mandatory—training is available for certified candidates
