- The Sauna Department Associate is responsible for assisting in the production, assembly, packaging, and movement of sauna components.
- Regularly lift and move up to 75+ pounds independently, and more than 100 pounds with team assistance.
- Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn weekly performance-based bonuses based on individual and team productivity, quality, and attendance.
