General Urology Physician

Northwell Health is expanding its urological health services and seeking General Urologists to join their team across various locations in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work within a large, integrated health system, providing comprehensive urologic care. The successful candidate will collaborate with an experienced medical staff and contribute to advancing the frontiers of urologic care.

Practice Info

• Locations include Mather, Peconic Bay, Plainview, Staten Island, Valley Stream, and Queens (Chinese speaking preferred).
• The Department of Urology, Arthur Smith Institute for Urology, has seen tremendous growth.
• Physicians have vast experience in minimally invasive procedures to treat all urologic diseases.
• Partners have a wealth of experience in all specialty areas of urology.
• Weekly conferences are held to keep staff updated on the latest treatments and technologies.
• There are residencies and an extensive network of physician extenders.

Compensation

• Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000.

Requirements

• MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine.
• Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility.
• Current / Eligible for NYS License.
• Outstanding communication and management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management.
• Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques.
