Northwell Health is expanding its urological health services and seeking General Urologists for multiple locations across New York. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing Department of Urology, the Arthur Smith Institute for Urology, known for its comprehensive, integrated healthcare and expertise in minimally invasive procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate with an experienced medical staff and contribute to advancing urologic care within the largest health system in the New York Metropolitan area.

- Physicians have vast experience in minimally invasive procedures to treat all urologic diseases including those affecting the bladder, kidneys, male genitalia, and prostate.

Compensation
- Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125K to $750K, impacted by various factors, including physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.

Requirements
- MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine.
- Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility.
- Current / Eligible for NYS License.
- Outstanding communication and management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management.
- Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques.
- Chinese speaking preferred for the Queens location.
