General Urologist with Robotics

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Urologist to join their expanding Urology program at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This hospital-employed position offers a strong referral base, dedicated OR block time, and access to advanced robotic technology. Physicians will benefit from a collaborative environment and the resources to quickly build a busy, full-scope General Urology practice.

• Shared ED and hospital call responsibilities
• Access to da Vinci 5 and da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
• Brand-new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located on the AdventHealth Daytona Beach campus

Responsibilities

• Practice full-scope General Urology
• Perform inpatient consult and call responsibilities with the Urology team
• Provide comprehensive, coordinated care

Compensation

• Highly competitive compensation with the potential to exceed $600,000 in Year One

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Robotically trained
• Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively with APP support and a multidisciplinary care team
• Eligible for active Florida medical licensure
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
