General Urologist

Northwell Health is seeking General Urologists to join their expanding urological health services across multiple locations including Mather, Peconic Bay, Plainview, Staten Island, Valley Stream, and Queens. Clinicians will work within the Arthur Smith Institute for Urology, collaborating with an experienced team providing comprehensive care and minimally invasive procedures for urologic diseases. This role offers the opportunity to participate in weekly clinical conferences and access the extensive resources of New York's largest health system.

Practice Info

• Practice locations include Mather, Peconic Bay, Plainview, Staten Island, Valley Stream, and Queens
• Practice within Northwell Health's Arthur Smith Institute for Urology
• Focus on minimally invasive procedures to treat urologic diseases including those affecting the bladder, kidneys, male genitalia, and prostate
• Weekly conferences held to keep providers updated on the latest treatments and technologies
• Involves residencies and an extensive network of physician extenders

Requirements

• MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
• Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility
• Current or eligible for NYS License
• Outstanding communication and management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management
• Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques
• Chinese speaking preferred (for Queens location)
