About the Position
The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst and Queens, is seeking a full-time Urologist. We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated physician interested in working with an urban, ethnically diverse, underserved population in a dynamic and supportive academic setting. The hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island.
Responsibilities
Direct patient care, teaching and supervision of Urology residents and students in an academic community hospital setting. The division has multiple physician assistants, robots, residents, and medical students rotating through the service at all times.

Qualifications
- MD degree
- Urology Residency or Clinical Fellowship training
- Valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number
- International candidates with a US clinical fellowship accepted; H1B visa sponsorship available to become American Board of Urology eligible
Compensation and Benefits
Highly competitive compensation ranging from $362,418 to $470,000, including on-call coverage and faculty practice distributions throughout the academic year. Scheduling is flexible, with on-call responsibilities no more than 1 in 4. CME and other benefits are provided.
