Northwell Health is seeking General Urologists to join our expanding urological health services across multiple locations including Mather, Peconic Bay, Plainview, Staten Island, Valley Stream, and Queens. In this role, clinicians will be part of the Arthur Smith Institute for Urology, collaborating with experienced partners and an extensive network of physician extenders. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive, integrated health care while contributing to advanced medical education and clinical excellence within New York's largest health system.
Practice Info
- Locations include Mather, Peconic Bay, Plainview, Staten Island, Valley Stream, and Queens
- Practice within Northwell Health's Arthur Smith Institute for Urology
- Provide minimally invasive procedures to treat all urologic diseases including those affecting the bladder, kidneys, male genitalia, and prostate
- Participate in weekly conferences to stay updated on the latest treatments and technologies
- Work alongside residencies and an extensive network of physician extenders
- Faculty appointment opportunities with the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell
Requirements
- MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
- Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility
- Current or eligible for NYS License
- Outstanding communication and management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management
- Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques
- Chinese speaking preferred for the Queens location
