AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Urologist to join their expanding Urology program in Palm Coast, Florida. This hospital-employed position offers a full-scope General Urology practice with advanced robotic technology and a strong referral base. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth of outpatient Urology services within one of Florida's largest physician-led health systems.

• Dedicated outpatient clinic and protected OR block time
• On-site Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Multispecialty practice providing strong interdisciplinary collaboration

Responsibilities

• Practice the full spectrum of General Urology
• Help grow the outpatient Urology presence throughout Palm Coast and the surrounding communities
• Participate in shared hospital call responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive, coordinated care

Compensation

• Highly competitive compensation with the potential to exceed $600,000 in Year One
• Base salary guarantee with production bonus potential

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Robotically trained
• Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interested in helping grow an expanding Urology program
• Eligible for active Florida medical licensure
