AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible General Urologists to join their expanding urology program in DeLand and Orange City, Florida. This is a growth and expansion opportunity within an established, hospital-employed practice, offering an immediate patient base and access to advanced surgical technology. The role provides the chance to build a busy practice alongside a collaborative team committed to exceptional patient care.

Practice Info

• Hospital-employed position with AdventHealth Medical Group
• Immediate patient volume supported by an established referral network
• Dedicated outpatient clinic and protected OR block time
• Access to da Vinci 5 and da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
• Aquablation technology available
• Advanced Practitioner support in the clinic, hospital, and operating room

Responsibilities

• Shared hospital consults and call responsibilities with fellow urologists
• Practice the full spectrum of General Urology
• Provide comprehensive surgical care using modern techniques
• Maintain continuity of patient care

Compensation

• Highly competitive compensation with the potential to exceed $600,000 in Year One
• Base salary guarantee with production bonus potential

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Robotically trained or interested in robotic surgery
