AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Urologist to join their expanding Urology program at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This hospital-employed position offers a strong referral base, dedicated OR block time, and access to advanced robotic technology. - Shared ED and hospital call responsibilities
- Access to da Vinci 5 and da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
- Brand-new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located on the AdventHealth Daytona Beach campus
- Advanced Practice Provider support in the clinic, hospital, and operating room
- Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Infusion Services, and multidisciplinary Tumor Boards available on site
- EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot AI documentation support

- Practice the full spectrum of General Urology
- Provide comprehensive, coordinated care
Compensation
- Highly competitive compensation with the potential to exceed $600,000 in Year One

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Robotically trained
- Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with APP support and a multidisciplinary care team
- Eligible for active Florida medical licensure
