General Surgery Physician

We are seeking a General Surgery Physician to join a collaborativesurgical team in Sonora, CA. This opportunity offers the ability to providecomprehensive surgical care in a community-based setting while workingalongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation : $3,000Per Shift

Responsibilities

• Evaluate,diagnose, and manage patients requiring surgical care.
• Performgeneral surgical procedures and provide pre- and postoperative care.
• Conductconsultations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Manageinpatient and outpatient surgical patients.
• Collaboratewith physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and otherhealthcare professionals.
• Respondto surgical emergencies as needed.
• Maintainaccurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participatein quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• MDor DO from an accredited medical school.
• BoardCertified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Eligiblefor or able to obtain a California medicallicense .
• CurrentDEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
