Seeking an experienced General Surgery Advisor, this flexible remote position will provide clinical and strategic guidance on perioperative care, surgical optimization, and digital health solutions to enhance patient care and healthcare delivery. Key responsibilities Provide clinical and strategic guidance on initiatives involving perioperative care, surgical optimization, and digital health Advise on surgeon workflows, patient care pathways, and quality improvement initiatives Review new products and clinical initiatives from the perspective of practicing general surgeons Required qualifications MD or DO with experience practicing general surgery Board certification or board eligibility in General Surgery preferred Experience in minimally invasive surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, or surgical quality improvement preferred Strong understanding of surgical workflows and healthcare operations Ability to commit approximately 1-2 hours per month to advisory activities
