Robust General Surgery Opening in Salt Lake City Basin

We are looking for a BC/BE General Surgeon to join our expanding surgical team in Utah’s Salt Lake City Basin.

About The Role

• Brand new office space providing coverage at both Tipanogos Regional and Lone Peak Hospital.
• High acuity practice at a Level III trauma center.

Work-Life Balance

• Shared call schedule: 7.5 days per month.
• No in‑house call for residents within a 30‑minute commute.
• Additional call compensation provided.

Collegial Private Practice Environment

• Collaborate with a supportive group of skilled surgeons.
• Three surgeons on staff, covering bariatric, head & neck, pediatrics, non‑cardiac thoracic, and trauma specialties.

Qualifications

• Board certified in General Surgery.
• 3–5 years of experience, primarily adult general surgery and trauma with light pediatric coverage.
• Experience with laparoscopy and endoscopy procedures.
• Some pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience in ICU care highly regarded.
