The clinician will provide 24-hour in-house call coverage across emergency department and floor settings during specific holiday periods. Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour in-house general surgery call coverage on 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM shifts
- Admissions
- Rounding on practice patients
- Triaging and answering patient phone calls including general, post-operative, and other inquiries
- Coordinating with on-call physicians and mid-level clinicians
Shift & Schedule
- Dates needed: November 26 - 29 (Thanksgiving); December 19 - 20 (if available); December 24 - 27 (Christmas); January 1 - 3 (New Years)
- Shift type: In-House Call

Requirements
- Board certification required
- Board certification in General Surgery
- Active state license
- Residency and fellowship training are required for this assignment
- Laparoscopic and robotic surgical experience is required
