Gould Medical Group is seeking a dedicated BE/BC General Surgeon to join a stable and growing practice in Modesto, California. In this role, you will perform a wide range of surgeries for an adult patient population while utilizing Epic EHR. The position offers a competitive starting base salary, a two-year salary guarantee, and a transition to an RVU-based model alongside comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities
- Will perform a wide range of surgeries to meet the needs of the community
Compensation
- Starting base salary: $502,947
- Two-year salary guarantee
- Sign-on bonus
- RVU based compensation model starting in year 2
- Annual profit sharing for shareholders

Requirements
- BE/BC General Surgeon
- Fellowship trained or experienced in minimally invasive/robotic surgery preferred
- Board certified/Board eligible
