A leading General Contractor I am working with are looking to expand their team and hire a General Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale, mission-critical construction projects across the United States.
This is a senior site leadership role responsible for driving safety, schedule, quality, and performance on complex data center and advanced manufacturing builds. You’ll oversee multiple superintendents and large multi-trade teams in fast-paced, technically demanding environments.
What You’ll Own
- Overall field leadership and site execution
- Management of superintendents and multi-trade field teams
- Site logistics, phasing, and construction sequencing
- Schedule delivery and short-interval planning
- Safety culture and enforcement across all trades
- QA/QC execution in mission-critical environments
- Coordination with MEP, process, commissioning, and vendor teams
- Commissioning support and structured turnover
What They Are Looking For
- 12+ years of progressive field supervision experience
- Proven track record delivering data centers, semiconductor fabs, or advanced manufacturing facilities
- Strong understanding of complex MEP systems and mission-critical sequencing
- Experience leading large crews in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated leadership in safety, quality, and schedule performance
