Compensation Range:$160,000.00 - $210,000.00 Annual SalaryJob Description Summary:Supervision of multiple construction projects and overseeing other superintendents on multiple product types resulting in successful project completion.Job Description:POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Oversee/supervise field staff and monitor use of resources with a focus on training and development of teamsEnforce safety proceduresAttend and participate in Safety Training ProgramVerify subcontractor certificates of insurancePrepare and Maintain responsibility for CPM job scheduleDevelop Owner and Architect’s confidenceRecruit, organize, train, direct and coordinate field construction team including subcontractor’s direct hire workAssure work quality – set standards for quality controlOrder materials and tools (avoid “crisis” buying)Prepare necessary reports (e.g. time sheets, work orders, daily reports and invoice approval)Assist project/field team as necessary to ensure project are completed on schedule and reach profitability goals. Document and complete all punchlists in a timely mannerReport on project status and progress; maintain leadership up to date and informed.
